Everyone needs a fast way to make 5000 gold in WoW. After all, it will cost you 5000 gold to fly around the Outlands in your epic mount, and everybody knows that if you are an elite player, you have an epic mount. But here you are, looking for a fast way to make 5000 gold in WoW because you don’t have yours yet. Well, tons of players do not have an epic mount so if you do not have one you are not alone. But fear not, you will be in this exclusive crowd very soon. The answer that unlocked the gold puzzle for me and allowed me to make several thousand gold was one word: arbitrage.

What is arbitrage?

Arbitrage is simply buying something at a low price and reselling it for a higher price. Money is made this way all of the time in the real world, and you can do it in Azeroth too using the Auction House, and it’s a really fast way to make 5000 gold in WoW. There’s all kinds of opportunity available at the Auction House, and once you get good at exploiting it, you can make a lot of money for very little work. This is what allowed me to make the gold for my mount and then some, using only maybe 15 minutes a day. Imagine being able to log on and do your buying and listing on the Auction House for the first 15 minutes of your game and then go off and do whatever it is you do: PvP, raids, herioc runs, etc. Sounds a lot better than farming right?

OK, so how can I use arbitrage to actually make money?

There are many ways to use this concept, the most basic being just buy stuff up that you see listed below market price and relist it for more money. Are you an enchanter that buys enchanting supplies often? Then if you see a Large Prismatic Shard up on the AH for 5 gold, you know that it is priced way too low, so you buy it and relist for 15 gold. Viola! It sells and you just made 10 gold. It’s not a lot, but there are tons of deals like this on the AH everyday, and if you can flip enough auctions you will have a fast way to make 5000 gold in wow. A couple tips of how to find deals:

1. Check the AH early in the morning. Players play all night and when they get tired they list things that they have acquired during their session and log off. Since they’re tired, they make mistakes. You can find some stuff listed at way too low of a price early in the morning.

2. Use the Auctioneer add-on. This will help you identify low prices on items that you may not be familiar with.

Are there other ways to use arbitrage?

There sure are. You can combine arbitrage with your profession for a really fast way to make 5000 gold in wow.

1. Are you an enchanter? If so, you can buy green items and disenchant and list the materials on the AH for more money than you paid originally. You can also craft cheap greens by buying the mats, DEing, and listing. I have made a lot using enchanting.

2. Are you a jewelcrafter? Buy ores, prospect, and list the the gems on the AH for more money. Sometimes you can cut them for even more profit! Don’t just focus on high level gems either, the low level stuff can be profitable too.

3. Can you transmute? Or more importantly, can you buy the mats, perform the transmute, and relist the result for more money? If so, you can make some extra profit everyday.

A few soon-to-be-knights buy things such as small bronze bombs for a good amount of money, and these cost more than the mats do. Other items are heavy explosives. Mats for these are comparatively inexpensive and bombs and dynamite are fast sellers! The future ruler, you, must buy dynamite for extra dps. Listen to this guide on how to make gold in WoW and you will become king. Buy a stack of 20 wool cloth (the price seems to have skyrocketed to about 1g in the past couple of months) and a stack of 20 stones. Produce exploding powder and savor the moment! How to make gold in WoW? Here is a quick way to earning about 10g an hour. There is a lone windmill with a tiny shack at its base in the Northwestern Westfall, running along the cliff. Be aware, because it is surrounded by 6-7 Defias mobs, levels 12-13. Like everything in life, this one has strings attached. These Defias mobs respawn instantly. This is the perfect area for grinding and maxing new weapon skills. Farming Linen is another way to go. 100 linen in five minutes is easily obtainable and there are a lot of these little spots in the game. This is definitely a quick way of how to make gold in WoW.

For this level what is required of you is a level 60 Mage with either a Frost Spec with Ice Barrier and improved Arcane Explosion or a Firs spec with a combustion and blast wave. Here I’ll show you how to make gold in WoW. Follow these steps: pop yourself in the graveyard instance after heading over to the Scarlet Monastery, then wipeout all the NPCs in the hallway and in the room. If you feel threatened, use the mana shield. Enable Combustion, Blast Wave and Arcane Explosion. Do this until their health is about 15%. Now, carry on through the next corridor and kill as normal Stop once you reach the graveyard. Here you need full health, mana and spirits to pull out. Do the following: Use your Mana Shield with Combustion. Run around, pull around 25 spirits. Avoid any Elites. Stop pulling if you are down to half health. Now, use Mana Potion, Blast Wave and Frost Nova. Now walk away so they can’t hit you. By now you have killed loads of spirits, and you will get plenty of money and green items. You can decide to sell these items at the AH or Vendor. Carry on into the building, the one at the end and kill the NPCs and the big boss in here. Go out and reset instance, then go back inside and repeat everything again until your bags are full.
